Rules of stay in the guest house "Barsky Dvorik"

The main vocation of our guest house is to do everything for a comfortable, comfortable, relaxing and, of course, safe rest for our guests. In order for your vacation to be truly comfortable, we ask you to observe the rules of conduct established in our hotel’s territory, because this is not our whim, but a measure capable of protecting each of our guests. Our rules, most likely, do not differ from the typical rules of most hotels, however, they are obligatory to be observed by all visitors of the guest house, regardless of your status or financial condition. So...

• The main thing: be friendly, friendly, polite, tactful and respectful towards others, both to the Guests of the hotel, and to the staff.

• Please observe the rules for entering the hotel:
• Guest accommodation is carried out by providing the Administrator with a passport or other document replacing it (passport of a citizen for traveling abroad, diplomatic or service passport, seaman’s passport, driver’s license, residence permit of a person residing in Russia but not 100% payment for the entire stay in the hotel. If you have a child who is under 16 years old, you must present a birth certificate.
• If you are a foreign citizen, be ready to submit the following documents: passport; migration card; visa (if necessary); certificate of temporary residence in Russia (if necessary). We remind you that the period of temporary stay of a foreign citizen in Russia is determined by the period of validity of the visa issued to him. The period of temporary stay in Russia of a foreign citizen who arrived in Russia in the order that does not require obtaining a visa cannot exceed ninety days, with the exception of cases stipulated by the legislation of Russia. Placement of foreign citizens upon the expiration of the period of temporary stay in Russia, the period of validity of the visa, the period of validity of the certificate of temporary residence in Russia is prohibited.
• The hotel administrator does not withdraw a passport or other document for the period of your holiday with us.
• When checking into the hotel you get the key to the room.
• For the safety of documents, materials or jewelry in every room there is a safe, which you can use. Also, the entire territory of the hotel complex, except for rooms and bathrooms, is under round-the-clock video surveillance.
• After you move into the room, please carefully inspect it for malfunction or deficiencies, if any are found, contact the Administrator with a request to eliminate them. We kindly request not to carry out independent repair of electrical appliances and equipment.

• Please observe the rules of conduct when staying at the hotel:
• It is forbidden to transfer the key to the number to third parties and / or leave in the room unauthorized persons in their absence.
• We do not accept to rest with animals, birds, reptiles and other representatives of the fauna.
• The hotel rooms do not provide conditions for self-catering.
• Please observe the fire safety regulations. Smoking in the hotel room and in the hotel is strictly prohibited! In general, you should smoke in specially designated places: where there is a special sign or there are ashtrays. Do not forget, among those who came to rest - there are children and non-smokers.
• Before leaving the room, please close the balcony door and windows to prevent unauthorized entry. Also, before leaving the room it is necessary to turn off electrical appliances, incl. air conditioning.
• It is forbidden to bring and store weapons, explosive and highly flammable, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and other dangerous items; Guests who, by the nature of their activities, have the right to carry and store weapons, are required, upon request of the Administrator of the hotel complex, to provide documents certifying this right.
• On the territory of the Guest House "Barsky Yard" it is forbidden to kindle fires (except for barbecues in places strictly designated for this), chop and break trees, shrubs, as well as apply any inscriptions on the territory of the complex, the walls of buildings.
• It is unacceptable to make noise in the room or at the hotel after 23:00.
• It is forbidden to stay in the room and on the territory of the Guest House "Barsky Dvorik" from 23:00 to 8:00 unregistered visitors who are not staying at the hotel.
• It is highly undesirable to arrange family fights or drunken fights in a hotel.
• Please observe the cleanliness of the guesthouse. Urns and ashtrays are used to collect garbage.
• If you have any questions or problems with the service in the hotel, do not hesitate to contact the administrator or the maid.
• The damage caused to the Guest House "Barsky Dvorik" is compensated by the guests (the responsible person from the group of guests) on the spot in full in cash. The damage is calculated by the administration at the market value of the damaged items.
• For violation of the rules of public order, sanitary and fire safety, deliberate harm to the health and property of other Guests staying in a hotel, damage to the property of the Guest House "Barsky Dvorik", insult to the administration, staff or vacationers, the Administration has the right to refuse to blame further stay at the hotel without reimbursement of the cost of living.

• Compliance with the simple rules of departure from the hotel, will allow you to maintain a great mood.
• On the day when your stay at our Guest House “Barsky Dvorik” expires, you must vacate the room until 12:00, if you have not agreed with the Administrator about another option (early / late departure).
• Do not forget your things when leaving the hotel. Do not forget to check the safe if you used it.
• If you leave the room in the same form as you entered it, we will be grateful to you.

The administration of the Guest House "Barsky Dvorik" reserves the right not to provide accommodation services to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or under the influence of psychotropic drugs.
