Payment rules

We accept payment cards: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, WORLD.

To pay for the cost of living and other services using a credit card, when making a reservation on the website, choose a payment method: by credit card.

When paying by bank card, the security is ensured by the PayKeeper electronic payment system, payment processing takes place on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details:

1. Card type
2. Card number
3. Card expiration date (indicated on the front of the card)
4. The name of the cardholder (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card)
5. CVC2 / CVV2 code

If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card for the authentication procedure. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, check with the Bank that issued you a bank card.

The security of processing online payments through a payment gateway is guaranteed by the international PCI DSS security certificate. Information transfer takes place using SSL encryption technology. This information is not available to unauthorized persons.

Tips and recommendations on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:

1. Take care of your plastic cards as you save cash. Do not forget them in the car, restaurant, shop, etc.
2. Never give your full credit card number to any person or company
3. Always have an emergency telephone number at hand with the bank that issued your card, and in case of loss, contact the bank immediately
4. Enter card details only when making a purchase. Never specify them for any other reason.

Denial of service

The consumer’s right to terminate a service agreement is governed by article 32 of the federal law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”

• The consumer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, paying the contractor a portion of the price in proportion to the service rendered before receiving the notice of termination of the contract and reimbursing the contractor for the expenses incurred by him to this point for the purpose of performing the contract if they are not included in the price portion of the service ;
• When detecting deficiencies in the service provided, the consumer has the right to demand at his choice:

• free elimination of deficiencies;
• a corresponding reduction in the price;
• reimbursement of expenses incurred by him for the elimination of deficiencies on his own or by third parties;

• The consumer has the right to make claims related to the defects of the service rendered, if they are found during the warranty period, and if it is not available within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service rendered;
• The contractor is responsible for the shortcomings of the service for which the warranty period is not established, if the consumer proves that they arose prior to its acceptance by him or for reasons arising before that point
